What SpringWell says it offers
According to SpringWell's own website, its lineup includes:
- Whole-house water filters for city water
- Water softeners in salt-based and salt-free (conditioner) versions
- Combo systems that pair filtration with softening
- Well water systems aimed at iron, sulfur and manganese
- Under-sink reverse osmosis drinking water systems
- UV water purification and replacement parts
SpringWell sells online with shipping, and its site lists a lifetime warranty and a 6-month money-back guarantee. Its warranty page explains conditions, including that coverage is for the registered owner in the home where the system was first installed, that installation must follow the manufacturer's instructions, and that skipped filter or media changes are excluded. Read the full terms on SpringWell's site before you buy.

DIY install vs professional install
A ship-to-home system can be a good fit if you are comfortable cutting into your main water line, adding a bypass, and finding a drain and outlet for a softener or backwashing tank. Before you order, think about:
- Where it will go. Many South Florida homes have the main line on an outside wall or in a garage. Check space, shade and a drain line.
- Permits and codes. Ask your city or county whether plumbing work at the main needs a permit.
- Warranty conditions. Most warranties, including SpringWell's, depend on installation that follows the instructions and on keeping up with filter changes.
- Sizing. Softener size depends on your actual hardness and household use. Guessing can mean too small or too large.
With a local professional, the test, sizing, install and follow-up maintenance come from one person you can call.
Questions to ask either way
- What exactly did my water test show, and which problem is this system solving?
- Is the system certified to an NSF/ANSI standard for the specific thing I want reduced? Check the exact model's listing.
- How often are filters or media replaced, and what does that involve?
- What does the warranty cover, for how long, and what voids it?
- Who do I call if something leaks or a valve fails?

The next step: test before you choose
Whichever route you take, start with what is actually in your water. Jorge will test it in your home for free, explain the results in plain words, and recommend only what fits. If a DIY system makes more sense for you, you will still know what to look for. Call, text or WhatsApp (305) 793-5974, or book your free test.
