How financing works with Living Water
Financing is offered through Living Water's financing partners, not by Jorge personally. The process is simple:
- Get your free in-home water test and a recommendation that fits your water.
- Review the itemized quote for the system.
- If you want to finance, complete a credit application. A co-applicant can apply with you.
- Review the terms the financing partner offers you, and decide.
Terms are set by the financing partner based on your application, so they are not something this page can tell you in advance.
Settle the system before the financing
Financing should follow the right recommendation, not drive it. Before you apply, make sure you know:
- Which test results the recommendation is based on.
- Exactly what equipment is in the quote, by model.
- What installation includes, and what would be extra.
- The yearly ownership costs: filters, media, salt, service. These are usually paid separately from the financed amount, so ask.

Questions to ask about the financing terms
When you receive an offer from the financing partner, read it and ask about anything that is unclear. Useful questions:
| Topic | Question |
|---|---|
| Total cost | What is the total I will pay over the life of the agreement? |
| Rate | What is the interest rate or APR, and is it fixed? |
| Term | How long is the agreement, and how many payments? |
| Promotional terms | If there is a promotional period, what happens when it ends? |
| Early payoff | Can I pay early, and are there any fees for doing so? |
| Fees | Are there application, late or other fees? |
| Who the lender is | Which company holds the agreement, and how do I contact them? |
| What is financed | Does the financed amount include installation? Maintenance? |
Applying with a co-applicant
A co-applicant, such as a spouse or another household member, can apply with you on the credit application. Both applicants should read the terms, since both are part of the application. Ask the financing partner what being a co-applicant means for each person.
Good habits before you sign
- Never sign a blank or incomplete form.
- Keep copies of the quote, the credit agreement and the warranty.
- Make sure the equipment on the agreement matches the itemized quote.
- Take your time; a good offer will still be there after you read it.
